Still seems fishy that he said it'd take 10 minutes, but he left for 2 hours?

True when my internet wasnt working i went somewhere and cameback then BAM chargeback and i didnt send him messages about him chargingback
Only question is why would the guy chargeback before receiving the codes if he intended on scamming.
It seems like he had no reason to charge back until he received the codes in the event he did plan on scamming.

If you check the timing, there's about a 4 hour gap of time where ibuyu0ut never sent the codes, but is claiming because his internet went out and that when he went to send codes he saw that he had chargebacked the money. No idea why he never responded to his messages on skype, according to the chat saeed was claiming he was online but ibuy's internet was 'out'
