Disputing DNT/TWC

Link to/reason for TWC: AvernumGold
List of vouches since receiving TWC: Haven't sold anything since being unbanned from forums but looking to get back into it.
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: Supposedly scammed the account I sold him, I refused refund for a while because he had no proof behind the account be taken back and refused to provide any. This lead to me being banned but he was refunded. Can provide screenshots of paypal transaction to show the refund.
Anything else you wish to say: I'm greatly sorry for causing the hassle I did, I did avoid a ban from my previous account and I am sorry for doing this. I did scam on that account but got it sorted out over pm's with people. I am looking to come back and be real this time.
