    Hi,
    i remember being able to send texts/make calls with Skype.

    I also remember that you got a bit of free credit when you made a new account...Is it possible to get PBP/SMS pins via Skype?

    Nope I'm sure you aren't, and I've seen a thread about Skype as well.

    I think it's because you aren't allowed to call 1-900 numbers and to text you have to put a 10 digit number.

    There isn't any online texting utility that allows you to text shortcodes, which Jagex uses for their PIN lines.
