tbh I think this is fake; I knew about 2 people with stats like that when I staked. Regaurdless..... you won't get fights its sort of a bad build in that sense but as a concept its one of the best stakers you can make.... but for the same reason people dont make 99/60/99 it isn't practical.

The only problem of that account is that it will be hard to find someone to stake with you. Other then that it's perfect.
