You should rather just learn it by yourself at least you can save some few dosh.

 

I'm not the most experienced programmer, but I might be able to do something for you, depends on what you exactly need. You could also use free premade plugins (including kits) on www.bukkit.org.

I'm a fairy experienced programmer, and Java is my specialty. I have never worked on a Minecraft server but I'm sure I could be of some assistance.
