End of reflection != End of bot

*This thread assumes if jagex finds a way to shut down reflection... which I don't think they will, but please don't discuss about this in the thread*​

Since the introduction and mass use of reflection, more bots has been leaning towards it because its easy to script and reliable to use (until you update).

However, remember what was before reflection? Color bots dominated rs and caused the probem that got RWT and Pking removed in the first place....

Color bots never went away, and it is still exists today! SRL (One of the first bots in runescape) and RID has scripts that are fully color. And you can bet your ass that we can make scripts that match the usefulness of reflections with color (given some time ofcourse).


So don't worry about rs cheating and botting. Even if they use "Open GL" or "Direct X" there is still ways to bot.

For example. SRL (Villavu.com) has made an attempt on solving hooking with Open GL couple years ago, and direct x could be botted easily through an video filter.

Also don't forget RID, they probably got some of the top tiers color scripts. But other color bots especially SRL will rise and back up again!



In other words...

CALM DOWN, THERE WILL BE WAYS TO BOT, WITHOUT REFLECTION OR EVEN COLOR!!!........
