Need help on how to train pure Obby Mauler

hi everyone my name is Sn!p3D but on rs name is 99_str_0nly for my pure str... i need a quick way to train his strs as f2p wut wep should i use and wut i should kill... right now i have about 20 str and im killing goblins... i was thinkin about doing this till i could hit a 5 with a iron simi... once im 60 str i was gona make some money by w/c (im only 1 w/c but i can get tht up easy)
this is the first time ive ever made a obby pure im usta makin mage or range pures or a f2p monk pure (full monk robes with rune simi and 2h)... i need information like wut food i should bring (be better if i didnt) if their is a bank close by and i will not become a member till im 60 str and have enough money for at least a single obby maul...
