It definitely sounds like you have some intense anger issues that you need to manage. Perhaps you just feel like you want to be with her because you guys have been together so long and you can't imagine a relationship with anyone else at the moment?

It is definitely not natural to "hate" or "want to kill" your girlfriend though, I can tell you that much. Maybe its time to take a break from this girl and work on sorting out YOUR issues before you get back into a relationship with her, or with anybody else. You need to get yourself sorted out before you are fit to be with anybody else.

I thank you guys for the replies... But I have other girls who would like to be with me, and I keep thinking I don't even know if I can. I have some bad anger issues but I won't get into detail with some of the trouble I've been in because of it/her. My life has been totally fucked over since I met her. I used to party every weekend and so much, chill with all my friends and then I blew them all off and pretty much lost them all... I'm so mad at myself I guess to. She makes me soooo crazy. once again I thank you for the replies, it helps

 

Dude, I know exactly how that shit is. I wasted so much time on a scumbag and then after he cheated on me so many times I still wanted him back. No matter how many guys wanted to "talk" to me, or how many people told me he was no good, I still went back. It took me a long fucking time to realize that he's just a conniving fuck face, and it sounds like that chick is too. My advice is that... you will get over her eventually. Time was all I needed & maybe it's all you need too.

Oh and by the way, the best revenge is showing her that you are happy with out her. Even if you have to fake it. She will DIE inside. It's awesome.

 

It sounds to me like you guys are fairly young, and there is alot of jealousy and control issues that have crept into your relationship. I know exactly what that is like - you meet this girl who blows your mind, you guys fall in love, suddenly you have no friends left because your always blowing them off to be with your girlfriend and she gets angry/upset if you want to hang out with your friends instead of hang out with her.

It is not healthy for that to happen though. A relationship will never be successful if you guys control each others lives. You need to be able to be yourselves and have your own friends and seperate lives, but still come together and enjoy the time you have together.

Maybe a break is in order? How do you feel about that? Maybe why you feel you can't be with anybody else is because you are not ready to be with anybody. You should get your anger issues dealt with before you try and move on to a new relationship.

 

Damn that's fucking brutal. But for some reason I just can't do that no matter how bad I want to. It seems like the one girl that could pry me off of her I already fucked it up bad with her somehow??? i really dont even know how oooh yeah (i broke with the girl im currently dating for this other girl when I met her but we were kind of broken up right before I met her, and she didn't think I was the whole and didn't believe me for some reason she went to a diff school..) my life is a mess right now

Its because I have been there bro. I had one of the most wonderful relationships I could ever hope for, but it was just too intense and we were far too young to be able to handle those kind of overly intense emotions.

There was too much jealousy, controlling, and just basic toxicity that emerged from these problems and in the end it ripped us apart. It hurt so fucking bad and it still aches all the time, but atleast I know I learned an extremely valuable lesson that I will take with me into my next relationship.

You guys need to give each other some space so that you can live your own lives. You are individuals afterall

Try taking a break bro, and get yourself some help for those anger issues. You are taking a great step here by talking things out rather than exploding so kudos for that. I would just hate to think of you snapping and getting violent with your girl.

That's the thing man, it really could. I am the kind of person that when I get mad I no longer can control my actions... I can slightly, but very limited... it's kind a black out session.... kinda freaky

Well seeking help here and talking about this is a step in the right direction So I applaud you for that. Maybe you could look into a counsellor or anger management professional to help you find ways to divert your anger when you feel it coming on, or teach you some thought stopping exercises to give you something to use to fight back when you are getting those angry urges.

You just don't want to get yourself into hot water down the road because of your temper causing some kind of violent outburst, especially towards a woman. It would benefit you long term in other aspects of your life aswell

for me, just keep yourself busy and divert that anger into sumthing productive and at the same time exerts your body from that negative energy..

like going to the gym or jogging... that helped me..

As hard as it's going to be, you gotta end that relationship and try your best to move on. Sounds like if you two keep this up, you're going to hurt someone. Namely her, or yourself.

 

EisHERE, somebody mentioned exercise and that would be a great solution for your anger problems and maybe even more affective than the traditional "therapy" route.

Try joining an MMA gym or getting into Muay Thai kickboxing so you can literally get your aggression out by punching/kicking and channeling your energy into controlled movements and exercises. I guarantee you will leave the gym feeling spent, and I think it would be a great outlet for you
