    There're no legal people, who'll BUY 1st the game (which is on a Pre-Order), and then sell their account for a super cheaper price. What is the point !?

    Only phishers, who steal steam accs, could get acc with H6, but the problem there will be that... you'll 100% know, that account is STOLEN and will be (99,99%) recovered ultra fast & easily (because of the recent purchase from the original owner + he can ask for his money back for the game, using a steam ticket, because the game is on a "Pre-Order" - pre-purchased games can be REFUNDED!).
