Well what am I to scam ? I do need to pay first for the account . I am not going to give people my money until I see prove and all that.

 

If you're paying with paypal you can easily chargeback your payment.

 

How do I do that ?

 

dispute the money.
If the PP account is new, that person cant use the money for 21 days unless he links a credit/debt card
if you dispute, you can get the money back and the scammers account will be frozen ^_^
