I want a non-corrupt admin/mod

Posted about a scam. Get told to wait and be patient by Panda. Okay... even though after seeing people get scammed the accused personal IMMEDIATELY gets a DNT.
Wait a fucking week after being bullied into taking down my post for my refund, for the 3-5 business days to expire.
Receive confirmation a week later that the user has my money, but have difficulties getting a hold of the user.
Ask for help resolving the matter and call out the specific mod you didn't want on the case, due to the simple fact that you want a biased party. (Oh boy, I guess those don't exist here.)
Moderator DOES NOT personally message me like I had requested, instead tries to post it publically, which I didn't want because now @Bogla will not pay me my gold most likely due to me making another report.
Get DNT'd for no reason and just a bunch of accounts getting tagged claiming "ban evade" What? I've not been banned from this site, I've only used one account my entire time. If we're referring to my OSRS account I bought that from a user, but I don't see the problem with that as I have been nothing but honest my entire time on this site so even if it was from a banned user?
Post proof of said user saying he has my money and get all access to PM's removed once I said that I had proof.
Get my thread denied because of my proof, so here.

I posted it multiple times, now you can't claim you didn't see it.
Clearly you see the user say that they have my money. I don't care if you want to copy and paste from old threads, this is current as of today, not 7 days ago.
I realize that this is a gold seller, and they bring you a lot of traffic, all I'm asking for is help resolving the situation. Also, by restricting my PM's you have now cost me the ability to even try to communicate with the user, so that's cool. All because you can't take a little criticism on your friend. It wasn't even anything personal, all I said was I wanted someone else to deal with it, someone who doesn't have a personal tie to this user as Panda clearly does.

TLDR: Literally all that matters here, @Bogla has confirmed he has my money, I have asked for help receiving my gold.

 

At the very least I want this kept open until @Bogla gets a chance to respond, since apparently that's going to be the only way I have to contact him about my gold, as well as he can personally say that he has the money, since even though I literally post pictures of him saying that it's not enough for Pendu and wants to continue copying and pasting from last week. Thanks.
