I wanna be a better boyfriend

I've been with my boyfriend for about 4 years now and recently I feel like we're kinda drifting apart a bit any advice?

 

That is actually a VERY difficult question with little to no context as to what is actually going on within the relationship's dynamics. you say, Drifting apart? How so? more distant? Less hanging out? Less kissing? there are tons of different scenarios at play within relationships that can conclude into one final outcome. The true testament of any relationship is getting over the "hard" times OFC if it doesn't involve infidelity and such. Really you can't force anyone to love you or even really like you the most important thing is being int he moment for each other and trying your best at everything within the relationship. I've been married 8 years now in the relationship for almost 15 years total. We have been through deaths, Lost child, Arguments, heartbreak... but it all came down to how much we were there for each other within the hard moments and is also what made us stronger as a couple.

 

4 years it starts to be abit stale, You know your girlfriend alot better than anyone else, You should know..

 

Perhaps a little more context and how you feel that you're drifting apart. There are a lot of variables in relationships and how one another reacts. The biggest thing is to spice things up, start appreciating each others' time and company more, and find new reasons to love her.

 

Maybe try sitting down with your partner and opening up to see if they feel the same way. having an open dialogue in a comfortable setting where both of your feel comfortable is the best way to go about it.
If they are feeling the same way, you could maybe both pitch in on planning date nights with no electronics so you can focus on one another
