Briefly explain the trade:
User has a thread asking to sell or trade his csgo account. I added the email listed in the thread k1not9hotmail.com which is listed on all of his sales threads.

How they scammed:Agreed to $60 USD in exchange for the CSGO account. Showed me his vouche threads so i sent the money via paypal, only to have him log off both msn and steam once the money was received.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: The email account k1not9hotmail.com seen here http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/651/fuckedsl.jpg/ , the fact he scammed someone else at the same time, its very obvious hes scamming and pretending he isnt.
