I think java error maybe?

ok im trying to add an irc applet to a web page. I can get the applet in, and i can point all the config files to the correct path for images. I am using relative links such as /irc/images /irc/ and so on.

Im running into a problem when the applet trys to load the /irc/IRCapplet.class

My question is, is there a filepath in irc.jar that needs to be changed to accomodate for relative links?

I wasn't sure where to post this, if it's the wrong thread im sorry.

 

I don't know java, but if relative links don't work, try using direct links. If that doesn't rectify the problem, it's either the function doesn't allow remote (supposedly remote, but not in your case, but it's still conisdered remote) links, or the file is inexistant, or corrupted.

 

kk ill try statics links. I knwo the applet will load with the defaults im just trying to keep the /irc folder organized so i don't have to drop all the irc files on the root.
