Im currently Temp banned for account reselling.

I sold my lvl 136 Jack-Goff MM'ed it. I had a previous buyer tho told me he would buy the account on Monday. Never did he get back with me. I had alot of buyers say they were going to buy it and never bought only 1 buyer actually bought it and that was the person i actually sold it to. I have vouches to prove it.

I dont know who this other buyer is saying i sold my account to him but i would love some proofs before im just banned cause i obviously have proof that i legitly sold my account. I also have no other vouches from anyone else saying i sold it to them. Also i have contacted the person in game that i sold the account to to make sure he is not having any problems. The account is still fully secure to him and he is having no problems. So where this report came from i dont know.

I also dont like the way people are just temp banned its really messing up my service as you can see

Never sold my account to any other person accept for the person shown in my proofs.

Ok let me explain this thurally.

OK its sythe first of all. The price im selling my account for should have no reason for a bann. First point. all my work on that account has nothing to do with anyone if i wanna sell it for a buck would i get banned for that is it illegal.

Secondly: There is no proof that i sold this account twice. Probably because i didnt. No other sythe member has came forward and said anything about this account being hacked back from them or recovered anything of that nature. Infact the person i sold the account to contacted you for me and all chatted via MSN.

The user i sold the account to basically sat there and told u he still has the account everything is good.

So basically im not being banned for account selling im being banned for telling a mod i sold the account and having the thread reopened or something like that.

Now let me explain that.

Ok i made the first thread i got some bidders Imed me. here are some proofs.
Me telling one bidder the bid was still open. Before the buyer said this i requested that the thread be closed because i thought he was going to buy it.

I admit i did ask for the thread to be close that was because i thought the buyer was going to buy the account and he didnt. But by then the tread was closed so i made another. I also have proofs of me actually selling the account and being vouched for it.

Also me and they account buyer and 3 of the bidder are currently on MSN waiting for any of the mods to accept our request so far only Video and he is currently Busy at the moment. But we has a swift chat with him we couldnt really explain what happend if more proof is needed me and other bidder are on MSN and they are currently contacting Mods of me to help me out and prove i did nothing wrong.


I am only guilty of telling the mod to close the thread before the trade was actually done which was an honest mistake on my part and i am sorry for that thank you.


3rd Appea:

I have also Contacted and talked to the Following MOD's and given them proofs also have talked to the actual buyer of the account who is on MSN with me atm Video has talked with him also Quatakai i have also talked to the MOD: They Be Trippin to get his opinion on the situation. Also had a little chat with corey even tho we did not cover anything he was going camping.

I have all proofs and more also if there is more proof needed: I also Scorpian and Azza are all on MSN as well as 1 other person who bidded on the account also Jack-Goff Who MMed my account trade and Also Booty-Stank who is a banned member that also i MM'ed his account trade that he bought from someone else he was also a bidder on my account. There is also multiple screen shots from other bidders of me telling them the account was already sold. We are all on MSN i have informed everyone of the situation and they are willing to give there input on this 1 on 1 or we can all create a group conversation and they can clerify whats going on with you video. Thank you. Sorry for all the appeals kinda hard to explain without being able to actually reply to the first thread.
