I think I have a virus or keylogger.

Basically,

Today when i logged on my computer it was all laggy. On startup. There were about 30 Firefox's and about 20 Svchost.exe.

Then I was MMing a trade (10M for upgrade) and the buyer gave me 10M.
Suddenly my runescape screen closed. And i tried to log on and it said that your account is already logged in. When i finally logged in the 10M was gone.

I know have to refund the 10M but also want to know what I should do to stop whatever it is on my computer?

Try keeping a good anti-virus program such as avast to prevent this from happening again. It will run regular checks on your computer to keep viruses away, and also it will prove helpful considering this will problem happen at least one more time in the future.

 

Try using NOD32 smart security, IMO the best one out there.

Keep in mind that NOD32 will classify the site as unsafe, because it's permitting people to let them use their product for free ofcourse, so you need to temporarily disable antivirus whilst visiting the site.
