    Why you think they are ban evading: Both had pin shops here (RsGoldSeller) and here (UpgradeGuy) that have the same MSN.

    He has scammed many people on both accounts.
    Chase101 vouched for The Upgrade Guy in his only post so I believe this account belongs to this user. They should be IP banned.
