Cannot Recover My Sythe account

    Cannot Recover My Sythe account
    I tried to recover password of my main account and it sent me the first email but everytime I fill it out, I don't get the second email with the username and password info. After 2 or 3 tried they stopped sending me the first email altogether. Now I'm not receiving any email from sythe no matter how many times I try to recover the password. It just says the email will be sent and then I do not get any email. Please help me
