Response to blackkk's claim

He admitted that he logged out without warning me....also, notice how I don't have the money in my balance and that he is unwilling to "respond" to the dispute. He already admitted that I never even got the VCC and only recovered the money after he logged out without warning me, so if he's not a scammer, why doesn't he just refund me the money? It's obvious he was attempting to scam and is still trying to hope that paypal decides the dispute in his favor.


Also, one thing I don't understand is, if he logged out without warning me after i payed, and i didn't even get my VCC, how did I even attempt a scam?

Also, know that he is unwilling to resolve the dispute and give me my money back...
