Scam Or Lure?

hi, if i were to say that i want to have someone come to high level wildy with their expensive item and make them skull. and then i were to do things to purposefully make them lose it, like have someone rush them right after. is that a scam or lure....? not looking to scam as its an offense but ill lure because, well, sucks for them.

oh and it wont be high risk world, as convincing someone with these items to do that would be quite the feat.

so like i said, scam or lure?

and just so everyone knows, i will never ask anyone on sythe to participate on my lures. in fact i will refuse if asked. <- qoute that pl0x

tbh i think its a lure because runescape warns you that the wild is dangerous and you can lose your items

EDIT: my method to get them out there is to, "help me make a youtube vid"

it mighhhht be a scam because i assure that they drop the item, plus i lie to them about whats going on, i dont even have a yt channel with videos. but all the other criteria sounds like luring. i mean if you go to the wild with expensive items, gf you if its lost
