From his past vouches, recent posts and account age I wouldn't expect this guy to scam. I'd like to hear his explanation of this, and will PM him the link to this report, but if he doesn't solve this issue on PayPal he needs to be banned. Proofs:

EDIT:

I contacted the email address of the PayPal account that reversed the payment. They are claiming that their PayPal account was stolen. It seems odd that they are not at all concerned about how this happened. Here's the conversation:

Hi, I'm contacting you about a PayPal dispute case. Earlier today I received a $340 USD payment from your PayPal account. The payment was for virtual items on a game called RuneScape. The person who sent this payment apparently looks like this http://i.imgur.com/1L71o.png, that was his avatar on Windows Live Messenger. His WLM email address was [email protected]. Was your PayPal account stolen, or do you possibly have a son that sent this payment without you knowing? I'd like to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thanks for your time.

Them:

Hello,

the person have stolen the money from the Paypal-Account. Send as the Money back, then is all ok. We have no son.

Understood. Are you going to try to press charges? I don't know what can be done, as he probably doesn't live in Germany. Is there any more information you can give me about him, or how you think this happened?

Them:

This is not the email from us. We not Knowing the person on the Picture. The person have stolen the money from the Paypalaccount. Please send back the Money.

Me:

I understand, but do you know how this person may have gotten access to your PayPal account? I think he needs to be reported to the police. I'll send the money back soon, at the moment I'm unable as my PayPal balance is -$171.

Them:

We want to have a time or date wenn you send back the money!

Me:

I do not know, but it's not my problem as your account is the one that was compromised. I'm not too happy about losing $340 either. Why do you keep ignoring the questions I'm asking about how this happened? I'm going to go to the police about this if I have to. I need to know how you think this happened.

Them:

As you can see they aren't very helpful. Is there anything Sythe can do to help in this kind of situation? Should he be reported to the police?
