what should i do ?

hello i have a defence pure account and i was thinking about makeing him go tank i was thinking about him being a max tank so 99 range,mage,defence,prayer,hp,and summoning so here are the stats now and i just wanted to see what you guys would say like what should i do with att and str and should i get 99 prayer or not so please all comments are aloud
