Any offsite non-verified forums are obviously unsafe to visit, and he's advertising his own on this thread (scroll down). They can be used to obtain emails, ips, passwords etc of anyone who registers.. Which can be rather dangerous if it's a website that isn't verified safe or trustworthy.

 

No evidence of any malicious means, though thank you for keeping an eye out for situations like these!
