Everything looks different on a sythe background.

 

oooh, smexy.

The glowing light coming off of the orb should be slightly lighter, so possible duplicate the layer with the outer glow, put the fill to 0, and make an outer glow on white, on linear dodge, with low opacity, and a larger radius/size.

Still, I like the concept, maybe add texture to the background? (Such as simple grain or just a default pattern).
