    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

    He is hiding his skype account, he refused to tell me it until he added me. His skype account matches the account that has been banned before. I can provide screenshots of the skype conversation if needed. Please run an ip check on the two accounts.

    skype name: xphobic.hash1

    search the skype name, he has multiple skype accounts.
