Umm...

Recently got banned for ban evading however, there seems to be a mistake and I can explain everything, and hopefully I don't have Firez come in here and posting "Denied." like always.

I got banned for supposedly being "Eric L."

My name is Eric but, my last name's initial is E, not L. I have a few friends who are registered on Sythe, not sure whether they are active or not.

One of them is Eric L., yes, and we do have the same first names but, our last names are different. Anyways, I'm guessing how this all happened is by this:

I was on the IRC via my friend's IP who's Sythe account is "Eric L." and I went into the IRC with the username of "Thug_Life" and when the IRC showed my IP that I connected into the IRC with under my "Thug_Life" username, it matched "Eric L." who is a banned user of a Sythe, hence, leading to a ban under the rule of ban evading. Anyhow, I am not Eric L. under any circumstances, my friends were over at Eric L.'s house earlier today and we were hanging out and I decided to go in the IRC.

Please notice how I NEVER logged into "Thug_Life" with "Eric L."'s IP because I knew he was banned however I never wanted ANY interference with him or else my account would be banned too for something I never did.

I read on some threads where the staff members say that if your friend has an account on Sythe you must not interact with them via IP or else you both will banned, and that's why I never did.

Along with my thread name "Selling "Rush"" - A user commented named "Gangsta Rap" at first I thought it was an original user with that username wanting to purchase the username off me, however, it was just one of my friends who made the account to prank me, -.-.

Anyhow, I have never ban evaded and have NEVER logged into someone's else's IP with my username "Thug_Life" for safety reasons so I never get banned for something I never caused incase if they have an account on Sythe that is banned.

I only connected into the IRC with Eric L.'s IP because I thought it wouldn't make a difference since there was no trading allowed in the IRC and it was only chatting which makes no difference.
