ok i know this is the spam forum but this is the most active forum and y'all know how to do everything but i need srs help with my rs acc.

someone keeps fucking logging in and i always change my password i have no idea how they are getting into my account. i have authenticator on it and they literally just changed my username while i was logged into it as "sellaccsythe".

wtf do i do?? how do they keep getting in??

like i dont usually freak out but i've got over 1b+ on the acc and i've had it for a while. it's pissing me off because i keep changing my password and they still keep getting in and requesting to remove my pin and i just got an email to disable my authenticator. i'm 100% sure i know who the user is but he's banned now so there's nothing i can do.

 

Get Malwarebytes on the go buddy. Change all relevant passwords and information via another device you're sure is secure. i.e mobile.

 

Move the 1b over to another account?

I'm on a mac. I mean, I just changed pass, changed email, put auth on email, changed skype pass, changed email pass, so idk what to do next.

The thing that pissed me off the most if that he changed my username. How do I change back the username to the one before? Whenever I try to change it back it says it's taken but it's not. Fuck this nigger.

Contact customer support, they've been known to reverse such changes made by unauthorized parties.

Pretty sure I'm keylogged because I changed the pass yet again and got another email to disable the authenticator. Anyone know any good software or whatever to remove Mac keylogger? Didn't think it was possible to get keylogged on a Mac. Especially considering the fact that I never downloaded anything =\
