Buying a variety of graphics + video

First off, I'm very picky about what I like. Everything needs to be clean and meticulously designed. I paid the most popular user here for a thread layout and was dissatisfied with the result. Please don't send me a PM if you are trying to just make a quick buck with a 2 minute graphic.

Send me a PM on here or post below, include your skype and previous work/your thread if possible. In your PM also tell me if you can do all three of the things requested or just 1 or 2 etc.
