I need help

Hello well i nee help with some of this SCAR stuff , ok i see the codes in peoples threds , but wat do i do with them ? plz help me

 

Either paste them into notepade and save to a .scar or simply paste them into SCAR. Look at the stickies if you dont already have SCAR.

i can't get it down from http://www.srl-forums.com, i am a member there.
when i click SRL Download there,it always take me to this page:
