i am totally confused
this is absoluately wrong
that site is not my site ,even the skype not my skype
anyone who knows my paypal email address,if the guy on sythe
i guess this guy got scammed by thrid guy
the guy pretended a buyer ,and asked us to send money request,later ,the real buyer cancel it ,i saw the real buyer's proof,he just only asked whether the paypal was ours on our live chat,never asked any other things,even not confirmed the skype and the website url, how we know he was under scamming by others?
whatever ,i tried to find the scammer ,but got nothing on my chat or skype ,i guess this guy delete me also .
and whatever,if the real buyer can send us PM on sythe ,then we can find the fraud,but he never did,after he canceled the money requset,he still had not found the truth ,how foolish,sigh

I believe I know what happened. Person A pretended to be Julia. Person A wanted Person B to send Paypal to Julia. This way, Person B was out X amount of USD and Person A would continue to go on rsmalls.com, go to livechat, and say that they sent X amount of USD to claim the gold.

Person A receives legitimate gold from rsmalls, Person B is shit out of luck thinking that he was sending to the real Julia.

 

The case has been reviewed and ultimately it's very obvious that RSMalls had no involvement in it. I've closed the case and stated at the moment that it wasn't you or your business that was involved in the scam, so it won't damage your reputation at all.
