    Pick a better font first of all. And make your focal centered more towards the middle. It'll look better. And have the text on the right.

    Floating head syndrome, try showing more of the body of the guy, I think it will look a lot better. Effects and colours need some work, lighting and depth too. Don't even worry about text yet, work on the other things first.
