and i bought 200m from website and i got perm banned on my acc

if your asking if their any chance to get your account back id say it pretty slim and if i may ask where did you buy the gold from? because there ip could of been flaged then got yall both banned. also i don't think the gold seller will refund you because you were banned

Probably not, you can email Jagex's account support and lie to them saying you didn't do anything wrong, blah blah blah blah, and try that way. OTHERWISE, you're not getting into your account.

I've seen a few goldfarming bans reversed just over time. However I don't want you to get your hopes up, it seems very rare and that probably won't be the case here.

Look into RWT guides that could prevent this in the future.

There's a very slim chance of getting the account back mate.
Like dipper mentioned, look into safer ways to rwt to prevent this happening again.
