I need help with DontPanic's Flax Picker...

Alright, I have SCAR version 3.11 (I'm guessing this is the newest one...) and when I put DontPanic's Flax Picker on SCAR, it logs me into RS but when I'm in Seers bank, it completely stops. I have followed all the requirements (log out with the highest view in Seers Bank) and still nothing.

Can someone help me?
