I Need Help With A Paypal Scammer

Hi, I recently sold 45m to someone via paypal. They went first and claimed and cancelled. However, some how they have opened a fraudulent charges claim against me. Saying that someone stole their credit card and used it on paypal. What should I do now?

 

You are pretty much fucked. The best thing you can do is say you sent them out some rare comics or something with usps (doesnt need tracking number)
Usually u can get a postal address from the payments sometimes u cant... simply go down to post office and get a reciept for sending something to there as if you were. This can count as evidence in protecting you... although paypal are pricks and will probly limit your account and consider the funds their own.

Simply put, dont use paypal unless you are selling something with tracking numbers.

 

I thought paypal buyer protection did not protect against intangible goods so I sent them an email saying that I sold the intangible item in runescape to the buyer. I later read that fradulent charge claims work a little diffrently

 

never ever mention runescape. It's probably one of the most popular ways to use stolen paypal accounts. You are in no way protected for losing rs money... because you break their policy by using paypal for illegal activities to begin with...

Yes... to people who dont know selling rs money is illegal.
