I need help :P

Ok so I loved the feedback I had on my last signature. However, as expected there is going to be a point where I broke a rule (SIGNATURE VIOLATION!) *exaggeration intended*, which I totally respect. But it raises questions, which I would love the community to answer!

1. What program do I use for 3D Text?

2. Where can I find awesome brushes for Photoshop?

3. Where can I find good quality glares and flares?

4. Where can I find textures and graphic art for particular signatures?

5. What is the appropriate size for a signature on this forum?

I'm obviously off to a good start *sarcasm*
