Is there a guide to offering services around?

Hello,

I have been considering levelling RS accounts or black desert accounts for extra income however the market on here seems extremely saturated/highly scammable if you aren't savvy about payment options etc.

If anyone with some experience in conducting services could shed some light on getting started, i'd greatly appreciate it.
