Range Pure or Range tank?

Whats better? and what are the levels for them both

 

personally i like a range pure better than a tank

 

what are levels for range pure?

 

when comparing a range pure to a range tank of the same combat level, generally the tank will have less ranged level than the pure because of the tank's defense level.

But the tank can generally outlast a pure of the same level as he is (even some higher levels) if the defense and range of the tank are high enough.


For range pure, it's better to leave defense, prayer low. Get your range above 70, maybe 60 strength and 40 attack for a 2h ko in f2p.

Tbh I would get 84 Mage or 94 if you can for blitz/tb or barrage/veng. I prefer tanks, leave all melée at 1 and get 70 range and def. Use pest control or soul wars for lower hp for more rushing. Get torags helm if you are gonna tank and I think some karils and d hide. Good luck! Ps you can always start with a pure and convrt it to a tank later.
