I need graphics help!!

I am just starting and I need a lot of help and a lot of things answered.

1. What are you guys using?? I downloaded a free trial version of Photoshop Lightroom 2 and it is definitely not what is in the tuts i was looking at that you guys have posted. Please tell me what you are using.

2. Is there a free trial or version of it?? Is there any sort of free trial or version of the photoshop that you guys use for graphics?

3. If I need some help with stuff when I get started could someone help me? Like be a personal aid so I could e-mail them something and they could help?

1. Most of us use photoshop, you can download the GIMP for free though. www.google.com

2. The GIMP is completely free, but yes you can download a free 30 day trial from www.adobe.com for photoshop cs3. possibly cs4.

Thanks. I am currently trying to get photoshop. I will either be buying it myself or getting it for Christmas. =D I can't wait.

 

As others said before, Gimp is good for first-timers.

 

I use Photoshop CS3 and CS4

There is a free trial i think but i downloaded it with keygen.

I will help you with the basics if you needed.
