Looking for a website made

I'm looking for a website developer to create me a Runescape related website.
It will be kinda similar to most other websites, but I'll write down what I require:

- Homepage
- Multiple other pages as:

• About us
• Buy gold ( Price per unit, minimum amount + discount at certain amount )
  
• Accounts ( including filter system )
• Account rental ( 3 prices for Price per hour, 2 hours and 24h )
  
• Livechat ( I have a few requirements, but im sure theres a livechat service who fits my needs )
  
• Payment page ( Will add iDeal + coinbase payment )
  
• After payment, automatic connection to livechat with order ID

- Has to be well written code, ( Safe from sql injection i.e. )
- Need a user friendly database where I can insert products ( as accounts ) that will be added to the website once safed ( including a picture, by url or upload )
- Once a customer has paid and the payment has been verified, an e-mail must be sent to the customer with the product information ( like account details ) to automize the process.

I already have someone who will do the graphics.
