    Fitness and Nutrition.

I've been searching through sites all over the internet, and I always get the same answer. I decided I would come here and request help from people who actually can give me a solid answer to my questions, as they're real people and not some scam artists trying to sell me something.

    1. What foods can I eat that are healthy. "Good tasting foods".

    2. Will protein shakes help build alot more muscle when I only do about 15 minutes of jogging on a treadmill, 100 pullups, and 100 ab crunches a day?

    3. Is drinking 1.5 liters of water a day enough?

    4. Is sucking on ice cubes when I'm hungry a good idea?

    5. Is store bought frozen chicken (actually chicken, not breaded patties or KFC wings) cooked in the microwave healthy to eat?

I am just wondering these few questions. I will also post this in the sports section to see if the response time may be quicker, as this section seems a little more for computer stuff.

    Thanks!
