Which update do u mean , there was some today ? because old method worked yesterday for me..

 

Use clothe on javelin = fixed + flags your account
Use javelin on clothe = removes poison, not fixed.

Just go to the RID thread. You'll seen a bunch of people banned for having their accounts in their sigs etc. You notice how this very method was PATCHED the day it was released? Just because the patch failed doesn't mean Sythe is invulnerabl.e

 

It was released on Sythe because it was already leaked to Jagex. Yes, Jagex knew about it before you did.

Account in sig can only get you flagged at most.

Yes, it's fully patched now.
