I Need A Coder For My Runescape Private Server!

So basically I need a coder because I'm not very familiar with java coding, I have the server up I have a great computer to host on till we get more players then I will buy a VPS for us (dedicated server) So I just need to get someone who knows how to code. They don't need to start off from scratch we can use a start off source but I want some custom things such as all the name changed to our server name.
