For starters I thought that this guide would have some quality, but all I read was some simply stated facts that half the world already knows. I did a google search and I found a free guide that had 200% better and more information than what I paid my $5 for. He has my money and I have his guide so there is nothing I can do about it now. I would not recommend this guide to anyone who can search Google or if you know even a little bit about flipping. I asked him on MSN that if I knew quite a bit about flipping if this guide would help me. He reassured me that it would, because it had some advanced methods typed into it. If someone else who bought the guide can show me where they are, I would greatly appreciate it!

Edit: I followed your formula and looked at graphs for a couple items you listed. I lost 500k total out of the 3 items I bought.

1. I didn't find any advanced methods, you listed some of the most common stuff I've seen.
2. I was searching in paid guides for a guide that could help better my understanding of flipping. There is always room for improvement. I bought yours because you seemed to know what you where talking about.
