I need an Idea for building a new compiler ??
I mean I wanna build compiler that translate from one thing to nother ??

I do not understand what you are saying. The compiler you get with the JDK is called javac.exe if that's what you are after.

 

I think he is looking for a java-to-machine code compiler, but Im not sure.
