i made a program called Dual IP or IP get What is this
You can know your ip by clicking the what's my ip
You can change your ip BUT you must download a thing
(AT YOUR OWN RISK) i added an instruction how to use IP changer I dont created it I just uploaded it......
I dont know if your ip is corectly

I'm guessing it just uses ShellExecute and does the cmd command to change your IP (renew it).

im guessing you use winsock to get the ip, doesnt work for everyone.
like with me it tells me "192.168.0.10" which is my local ip for router.

you could try using inet and split the ip from whatismyip or your choice website.

the clock:
instead of loading a webpage with a flash clock you could throw this in a timer set at an interval of 500 or 1000, between there.

just Timer by itsself will give the time, Date by itself will give the date.

hew rai, winsock1.localip ..... not the best way of getting an IP, and it only gets your LOCAL IP, or a class C address.

VB skinner is very ugly, look into making your own skins, it isn't that hard.

using a web browser or flash control to load a flash file for a clock isn't too smart either.

also, to change your IP:
shell these (separately)
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Don't make people download more then they need to, you should be able to keep it all inside your project without any extra files being downloaded or accessed.
