Type of PC for botting?

Decided to try botting again since its been years since I last have. Currently using my old beaten laptop I've had for a while, which can handle like 3 bots.
It's time for me to upgrade anyways so I was wondering what type of build I would need if I ever wanted to run around 50 bots. I've seen some recommend going for more of a server build which I haven't done before. It's been at least 10 years since I built my last PC. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah for botting you want a vps, it allows you to run multiple accounts without exhausting your own pc. You can run your bots whilst your pc is off and has other benefits such as a different ip and mac address. Not 100% on the ip and mac address.

 

32gb ram, i7 processor, and a 960 nvidia gfx should be really good for what you're looking for. probably missing a few other things but that's the basics.

 

I dont think this one would be needed.

 

high end processor (i7 4790k is good), as said above, 32gb of ram would be plenty. If you're just using this computer for botting, then you can cheap out on a GFX card, since you can basically play rs on a potato.

 

Nothing too amazing IMO.

 

For 50 bots that is a crazy amounts especially on what scripts you trying to run a know a vps that cost about $159 could do what your asking

 

Thanks for all the feedback. I've never looked into a vps before so I will check it out. I was already planning a build to game on occasionally and use for school so I was just checking to see if I needed to beef it up some more or not.
Really only play rs on the weekends if time allows that's why I want to run so many bots so I can have some gold for buyables and sell some if I want.

 

You seem kinda clueless, if you're new to botting don't go out and buy a new a PC when you'll be banned in like 2 hrs

use a VPS you dont wanna ruin your processor and stress ur network all day bro
