Unfair Ban. M5city Should Be Banned Not Me !

As the title sais i was trading M5city, can't remember when but about summertime.

I sended him 66bucks via paypal. He told me he didn't have any money and that he would get it withing 24Hours and transfer it for me. And after the Transfer i could claim and cancel the trade. So i sent the money and waited 24Hours. Then he claimed he'd never talked to me etc. Proof of that :

It sais i should get payd within 24HOURS WHICH I DIDN'T !

And also he scammed me 13M ( with proof that i had ) and you guys ban me ? I mean its wrong. And you all know it.
