Scammer says i scammed and got me banned

My acc that has been temp banned is "ThePotato1235

ok heres my story, this guy named "miracle man" and i were making a deal.
i told him i would pay him thhe $150 and he would give me 200m in game on runescape. so i send him the money and while i was talking to him on MSN he logs off. the first thought is "ok i just got scammed" he does not go bac on to MSN and so i try to get my money back from this scammer. i try to go on my sythe acc and see that it is banned. so i go to the foums and look at my thread. now miracle man is saying that i charged back my money after e gave me the mils. but wheres his proof of giving me the money? he did not deliver. so now he got me banned. saying i was the one that scammed him. i tried to contact him but he wont respond. i suggest something will be done about this.
