Average wait time for a PBSMS Pin?

I'm not too sure on the entire PBSMS protocol when buying a pin, but I've been waiting over half an hour for it to come >.<

Is it different for other countries or something? Because I used a 3pay (yeah I know, 3 Mobile) phone for it with more than sufficient credit xD

Perhaps I'm just impatient or something, but does it take THIS long?

Usually it's instant.

But in some cases it either doesn't work or it takes a while. For me one time i texted but didn't get a reply until 3 hours later when i was laying down in bed.

Another time i texted and i didn't get any replies at all.

 

Usually it's like 20 secs after, once it took 4 fucking days and it said here's your pin sorry for the inconvienience or some shit, think their server was down or something.. dunno.

 

I did it once and never got a reply, waste of money if you ask me.
