I just got a perm ban, I don't know what to do

Hi everyone any input here would be extremely helpful.

Heres what happend:
I got a short term ban about a month ago for auto clicking while alching, they did not give me a chance to appeal this. This had been my only offence since a bunch of offensive language offences many years ago. That was the first time that I ever used any type of bot. About four days ago I downloaded OSBOT beta, I had used it to get 49-60 mining over a two day period, taking many breaks, the next night after doing some barrows all day I ran a woodcutting bot and got 43-58 woodcutting. Both of these bots had anti-ban built in. After i got the wc level I went and staked my fury hoping to come up with some cash for crafting. I lost so I ran a green dragon killing bot which also had Anti-Ban built in. I ran this program way to long as the i forgot to turn it off when i woke up. It had been running for at least 16 hours before i got home to turn it off. I guess during one of the periodical when it tried to log back on I was banned. I received two "Macroing Major (ban)."

This is not normal for me I never have run bots until now. I feel so stupid for having to try it out after the ten years I've been playing this game without them. What I'm looking for right now is some advice on this topic. I've never really had to appeal a ban before, on top of advice I'm looking for peoples ideal outcomes. My plan is to be honest and explain everything I can in 400 characters. I'm pretty sure that they know and have proof that I was botting.

Please, Please, Please, give me your advice and ideal outcomes. Runescape has been a big part of my life and the worst part of this all is my maxxed rs3 account is the same as my 07 account which has been banned.



I have sent in the following as my appeal, please tell me what you think.

Starting from nothing is part of the game, this time I couldn't handle it and used the wrong solution, a first for me. The software killed dragons for the money I felt was mine. Looking back now I know it's wrong. I was taught there are no shortcuts in life, by doing that it went against everything my being stands for. I've spent almost ten years making my account what it is today. Something I'm very proud of, also a very large part of my life. Losing it just like that has taught me more than you can imagine. If it was possible to give me another chance I promise I would never take any more shortcuts or doing anything Jagex prohibits. My word is my bond. I hope this mistake will not define your opinion of me. With my conscience now clear I hope I can be forgiven."

 

To be quite frank; jagex won't even look at the appeal, I've had an appeal sitting there, unanswered, for over 4 months now. I wouldn't be getting high hopes; you broke the rules an you were caught. I'd suggest putting an appeal in, not sure exactly what to say, an the starting a new account. Jagex won't have any sympathy for you, I'm afraid.

 

Basically, you're screwed with zero chance to appeal. JaGeX ignores botting appeals unless the botting was clearly done by a hacker

 

Bad luck, your appeal won't be read since the offence is botting.

 

They wont read the appeal of a 10 year old account which is maxed, and only every used a bot twice?

 

That's a negative, sir. I'm afraid it will pile up amongst the other 25,000 ban appeals they have lying around. Sorry to be the bearer of the bad news, man.

 

Fuck man, I just lost an account that was 150 castle wars games off a comp cape for fucking 6 mining and 10 woodcut levels on 07.

like i bot 100k xp and i lose my account with 900m xp.... this is insane

 

Ah man, it truly sucks to hear. But the risks were then to begin with, a lot of people here offer competitive training services. I'm sure you'll be able to get back on your feet and enjoy playing again. Think of it as a learning curve, but hey it never hurts to submit a decent appeal; for all you know, you might infract get lucky!

what do you think of this appeal

 

thats a good appeal, atleast you admit what you were doing was wrong. you never know, maybe you will get unbanned. was your account high stats? also would you plan to start over?

With regards to your appeal; remember you only have one chance. Also, admitting to botting, all they're thinking is "he knew the rules, he should be banned" but who knows? Maybe do some research through google.

My account was 150 castle wars games from comp cape, but it was and almost maxed zerk on 07, I'm only mad because i got banned on the main game for something I did on 07. Also I have another account with maxed combat and 90+ all other skills so I have that but I don't have any other 07 accounts and im scared to buy one.

I know for a fact they caught me red handed, I messed up and let the bot run for 26 hours because I forgot it was on. All of my research shows the only way to get an unban from where I am is an apology, I also email the account help section and started talked to a Jmod about my situation, I only got one response from him because I was using the wrong way of communication but what he said sounded optimistic. lastly I have 1 more appeal and then a last chance appeal. So I have 1 more for now and then I get my last chance when the first offence expires in a year.

you can try to appeal it but i doubt it will be accepted, jagex is really strict when it comes to banning.

 

Jagex won't read appeals. I received a ban by mistake on 3 accounts and never got a response to any of my e-mails or appeals to this day.

 

It's banned, gone and left to collect dust just get over it and make a new account and this time use RID to bot. Jagex does not care about your sob story, they probably wont even read your appeal. You took the risk knowing that botting is a banable offence but yet you did it anyway, now you have to live with the consequences.

For those of you who may have been interested in the outcome of my appeal, my first charge for botting was "squashed" and they are currently reviewing my situation (the second charge). So I don't know why everyone was so negative? I'm guessing I'll know by tomorrow and I'll post here to let you guys know.
